Task #9 - Universal Class

Yet another technological thing that befuddles me. How does one "take a class" online? I know that's probably really stupid of me to ask but I just can't imagine it. That would be WAY more time staring at a computer than I could handle. ANYHOW, I'm guessing that I am old-fashioned and that many of our patrons would like to use this website and would be really very happy that they can do it for free through us.
